8th Grade Trip to Washington D.C. (February 2025)
KEY TRIP INFORMATION FOR CURRENT 8TH GRADE STUDENTS:

THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BELOW WAS SHARED LAST FALL:
The Full Refund Program is NOT included in this year's price. Secure your trip by adding on this extra protection for $185.
An advantage payment plan (APP) is available. This allows families to pay up to $199 per month until the trip is paid in full as long as you enroll in the program by June 30, 2024. To enroll in this program, you must call Customer Service at 800-468-5899 (you can’t enroll in the program online). Please note the deposit amount for the APP plan is $99 and there is a $6 per month handling fee.
Registration ends June 13. Final payment will be end of October or beginning of November.
Trip ID# 214371 will be needed when registering.
Student meetings will took place 1/12/24 in their social studies class. 7th grade SS teachers will have DC folder in Schoology with information about the trip.
Registration is CLOSED for the FEBRUARY 2025 TRIP. We currently have a waitlist, and more details will follow with the final payment that is due at the end of October. Right now, we do not have enough to qualify for the 3rd bus.
